He was extremely responsive and very quick to make changes as we shopped for homes in a hot market. A little over a year after our first experience, John reached out to us to ask if we were interested in refinancing, and we worked with him again to lower our rate and monthly payments. He and his team were very fast and efficient, closing our refinance within a few weeks of first exploring refinance options while also giving us some of the most competitive rates. We would absolutely work with him again in the future and recommend him to others as well.
